This beautiful deep purple stone is a variety of opal that was found in Mexico in 2011. The purple in this stone is caused by tiny fluorite and silica inclusions. It is sometimes compared to Tiffany stone, which is opalized fluorite with beryllium. I was having a hard time finding good quality Morado Opal but I found some for yall!
