Gemmy Lepidolite

This gorgeous, flashy cabs have been hard to find in bulk. They have an amazing light purple flash that you don?t see in normal lepidolite cabs. This cab is a lithium-rich purple mica which it?s name means ?scaly stone?. Purple mica is made up of many, many thin layers and is a very soft stone. When it is made into a cab, the lapidarist will stabilize it the stone by using resin, which you can feel in the weight, temperature, and texture of the stone.
