I went down a rabbit hole researching this stone. The mine where Gary Green Jasper (Larsonite) is found in Oregon/Nevada has been sold off and now they are referring to this stone as Freedom Jasper. It was thought to be petrified bogwood but there have also been claims that it is not since testing showed no organic material. Regardless of the drama this stone has been through, it has some amazing colors that look amazing in any type of material.
